Pickle ball courts nets need to be tightened so they are horizontal. Also, lights should be added to the courts for play after dark. Thanks!

The intersection of E Hillside Drive and Woodlawn Ave (leading to Bryan Park) is dangerous. Many cars back up at this intersection, coming from the university or the park, to turn on E Hillside Drive. With E Hillside Drive funneling so much traffic in both directions, people tend to take whatever openings they can get, often not following standard traffic laws (such as yielding to whoever was there first). This intersection would highly benefit from a stop sign. There was a dangerous accident there this morning (see attached photo), where a car flipped upside down from the impact.
Stop sign for northbound Henderson traffic obstructed by vegetation.
This is my 3rd report on this property. Seems like they won’t cut their grass unless the city makes them and after the last notice they did a very poor job. Grass is blocking road visibility for residents turning out of the Winslow frontage road. This is a danger to cars turning and on the road, pedestrians, bike riders and kids waiting on the school bus as this is a bus stop that sits on top of a blind hill. This house is an air bnb rental so you would think their property would have enough income to keep their grass cut. Residents should not have to complain every time their grass is long and I think this now calls for a more preventative fine.
Excessively long grass
The one way sign leaving 427 s Henderson st needs to be turned back towards Henderson st, not facing our parking lot. Thank you
Big drop off, gravel washed away in Alley between 710 S Henderson St and 712 S Henderson St
I live next door to a Juan Sells property on S Bryan St. There is a large yellow truck parked there that never moves. Today it has been turned on and running for close to 4 hours, and it is still running.
Regency Court, Apartments uses their lawn care equipment either down Henderson Street or through my parking lot to access their property on Southern Drive. Despite my repeated requests to avoid using my gravel parking lot as a thoroughfare, they continue to do so. This issue has been ongoing for several years. Notably, when I called this last time from my office landline, they didn’t answer. I had to block my cell phone number to get through. I spoke to Brittany who stated she would speak to the Lawn Care workers. I’m at a loss as to what to do, considering they likely use around six mowers when they go to mow.
