Potholes.
Potholes.
Pedestrian light at the northwest corner is partially obscured by overhanging branches. Also, branches of a tree in the yard of the house on the southwest corner, are hanging over the road (Second Street) and making it impossible to see the color of the traffic light until you are almost at the light, when you are driving towards Rogers and Binford schools. However, this is only a problem in the summer when there are leaves on the tree.
Hello, I'd like to recommend that the city host watch parties for the Pacers NBA Finals games, possibly at parks like Switchyard. Thanks!
There are several issues: 1) Cars and frequently parked jutting into the alleyway or the city right of way, which is a hazard to traffic and also partially blocks exit from our garage. 2) Somewhere between 5 and 10 different cars come and go on a regular basis, some of which stay overnight at different times. Thus, the backyard is sometimes stuffed with cars. It's not clear who lives here and what the nature of the living situation is. For example, is this a community that provides mental health services to young men? If so, is it appropriately registered with the city? There is too much traffic at this property to fit a typical family or group living situation. I think there needs to be a welfare check or a visit of some sort by the city. 3) There still is trash stuffed underneath a blue tarp, including half of a toilet.
An area of the street at the intersection of E Hunter Ave and S Park Ave is always wet. This picture was taken 8:30am June 3rd, there has been no recent rain to cause this. I have observed this area being wet for weeks now, maybe months. I’m convinced there is a water main leak underground here. Maybe connected to the hydrant there.
Previous U Report, 188994 was submitted for this issue. As of 6/2/2025, possible water lateral leak is draining into storm sewer and discharging from outlet 43. Water is pooling on pavement in front of driveway to 1201 Wren Cir.
Rain has washed piles of sand and gravel into the bicycle lane on N. College Ave. from Old State Route 37 to 11th Street. This creates a sliding hazard for bicyclists in close proximity to high-speed motor vehicles.
