Other: Pedestrian light at the northwest corner is partially obscured by overhanging branches. Also, branches of a tree in the yard of the house on the southwest corner, are hanging over the road (Second Street) and making it impossible to see the color of the traffic light until you are almost at the light, when you are driving towards Rogers and Binford schools. However, this is only a problem in the summer when there are leaves on the tree.
