Caller to HAND reporting unsafe conditions & activity taking place in vacant house and shed that have been ongoing for at least two years. In addition to overgrown grass, that a Compliance Officer has been addressing/issuing citations for, there are people accessing the abandoned shed & vehicle leaving needles in the yard. She is concerned for the neighborhood children, her own safety when trying to run people off and the effect the problem is having on the adjacent properties. Utility drain at the intersection of East Southdowns Drive and South Woodlawn (across the street from the Woodlawn Shelter) requires someone to remove all the leaves and stuff from the drawing screen. Every time the drain is cleaned, the leaves and stuff are never removed, only raked away. Please remove all the debris so it does not clog the drain again. Thank you.
Parking on Unimproved Surface

The problem is parking on the south side of East Maxwell Drive. Cars are either parking on the street or half on the street and half on the grass. The lack of signage is possibly causing the problem. The North side of Maxwell is clearly marked and with some zone parking. This south side becomes a problem with heavy traffic and the cars are parking on the street. So is it permissible or not? Thank you.

This intersection, no one knows if is two lanes or one- heading East on Covenanter. There is no paint suggesting it is two lanes, but many drivers treat it as such as there is enough room for two lanes. It is very dangerous. Please add paint or signage to help drivers

Problem reported earlier (#202303). Was 'Resolved' with the justification that the vehicle is located in a driveway. A driveway seems to me the 'private property' referred to in the Municipal Code section below. The license plate is expired. Owner recently replaced the 1975 plate with a newer one, but it still is an expired plate (2016).
Vehicle has been there for at least 30 years. No one in the street can remember seeing it ever been used.

A vehicle that is three or more model years old and mechanically inoperable, and is left on private property continuously in a location visible from public property for more than twenty days.
