There are multiple stray cats, 2 orange cats the last few weeks. One is larger and appears pregnant, the other is aggressive and has been spraying properties on Roundhill Lane and Roundhill Court. Neighbors have experienced cat urine and feces in flower beds. Please catch and remove.
New BRU burger building has multiple downspouts that drain directly onto the Grant Street sidewalk. I don't believe this is allowed with new construction?
Buy now old biglots has tons of signage. Is this all allowed? Is this area going to get any redevelopment of the gigantic parking lot with no plants
My wife and I live at 515 W 3rd st, in Prospect Hill. I would like to request a simple upgrade to the functionality of the pedestrian signals at the S. Rogers st. and W. 3rd st. traffic interchange. I will reference the City of Chicago as a best practice. In Chicago, in almost every intersection with a traffic light, all pedestrian signals utilize the following sequence: a) When the light turns green, the white walk icon light actuates. b) When the pedestrian signal reaches the 30 second level (sometimes more or less than 30 seconds, depending on the overall duration of the light), the white walk signal changes to a red blinking don't walk icon and countdown timer, which counts down the remaining walk time. c) When the timer reaches 0, the blinking light changes to a full red don't walk icon. This coincides with the traffic light turning yellow. d) This functionality is in place 24/7/365. This functionality provides crucially important situational information to both drivers and pedestrians on the status of the traffic light. This is especially important as we somewhat frequently witness incidents of road rage at this intersection, as an unintended consequence of the no right turn on red signage that has been placed at this intersection. I am generally supportive of the no right turn on red signs, but the signage has definitely created this new issue. Because this functionality already exists at this intersection (in some pedestrian signals, at some times of the day), there should not be any material cost to make this change. It will require a technician to modify the code in the microprocessor that controls the lights. Please feel free to reach out to me if you would like to discuss further. Thank you. on the curve right by the road to the golf course, there is a raised grate over a drainage sewer on the street/curb. I think it would be dangerous for bikers or maybe a car. it is on the resident side.

Caller to HAND lives at 120 W Pinewood Dr. wants to file complaint against his neighbors living across the street for grass not mowed. Said last year it was never mowed.
Please post a sign at Park Ridge East shelter reminding residents that the shelter is not reservable. Leah Sinn Iversen and others have been trying to reserve on behalf of groups. With just the one shelter, drop-in use is appreciated. Thank you!
My mowing service sheared off the water meter sensor in my yard. I can’t even find all the pieces, so it will have to be replaced. They also knocked the cover loose so that will have to be secured. If I need to pay for this just put it on my monthly water bill and I’ll collect from my mower. Thanks and sorry!
