Planning staff observed and documented temporary signage displayed without a permit. Will draft a Notice of Violation (NOV) warning letter to the business and property owners. Regarding changes to the parking lot, this parking lot is located on private property and is lawful non-conforming. We cannot require changes to the parking lot, including installing islands with trees/vegetation, unless the property redevelops or there is a change in use from a multi-tenant center.
