There is a drainage issue outside our neighbor’s home that is running in front of our home as well. The standing water has been there for about a year, is disgusting and has an odor that smells like fish. I am concerned about our children getting sick from getting this contaminated water on their hands and body. This is located on the cul-de-sac of S Bay Hill Court in Fieldstone Subdivision - specifically in front of 431 S Bay Hill Court. Smells of Septic sewage waste and dirty water coming from this home area. The odor is intoxicating and unbearable. People and students from school walk thru this dirt area. Unsanitary. Specially during this hot summer season.

Sewage backup after underground utilities work in my yard. Possibly a broken sewer line from the right of way to the sewer main. I first reported this the day of the water main break next door(205 S Hillsdale Rd) to the city workers outside my house. This is now critical. I have called several times. The last time was Friday, Nov. 25th, 2022.

there's a dam in the creek along the back of Then Fields apartments built to feed their fish ponds. It's in a very bad state of disrepair and could fail any day. It's just upstream of a bridge on E.moores that is also in a bad state, if the dam were to fail it could cause the bridge to fail too. Not to mention damage to properties along the same creek, and ecological damage as the ponds would drain. See attached map.

Deep sink hold forming near lift station

On the night of 3/24 we experienced a backup of sewage into the entire walkout basement level of our house. I don't know yet if the issue is on our property or begins with the city sewer lines but I felt it should be report as it was a huge backup resulting in 1-3 inches of water filling our entire basement which is now being gutted.

Cottage Grove between Lincoln and Washington on the north side of the street, starting at the alley, sewage spears to be flowing east downhill from perhaps a leak. Bad smell.

Difficult to exit 1405 South Rogers Street parking lot onto S Rogers due to line of site obstruction (bush) on the property 1409 S Rogers Street. Consider requiring trimming bush back to clear line-of-site for exiting parking lot of 1405 S Rogers Street. It is difficult to visualize traffic travelling northbound due to bush/obstructed view. Thank you.
