Other: there's a dam in the creek along the back of Then Fields apartments built to feed their fish ponds. It's in a very bad state of disrepair and could fail any day. It's just upstream of a bridge on E.moores that is also in a bad state, if the dam were to fail it could cause the bridge to fail too. Not to mention damage to properties along the same creek, and ecological damage as the ponds would drain. See attached map.
