Hello, My name is Julie Abrams. I am part of the St. Charles School Board Commission. I wanted to know if we must have a permit to hold a car show on our school lot as a fundraiser. There is a pile of feces next to the bus stop in front of my apartment building. Apartment building: 1715 N College Ave, bus stop for city bus line #1 (next to Steak n Shake on College Ave). The pile has been there for a week next to the bus stop covering on the sidewalk.
There has been a utility cut on E Second, between Eastside Drive and Rose. It was filled in very poorly so now there is an ugly hole in the pavement .
