Occupant named Bob Johnson is running a garage there, He works on one car in the driveway and keeps 4 or 5 cars across the street, parked in front of other people's property to work on next... There is trash everywhere, the grass is unmowed, the oil from the car's is running in the street, and is a hazard to children and pets. He did this before where he lived around the corner at Cottage Grove and Monroe. The owner of the house is Nora Neeley, who is in Fountainbleau Nursing Home.

There is a heavily overgrown mulberry hanging down into Monroe Street, towards the back of this property near the intersection of Monroe Street and W Cottage Grove Ave. the branches are hanging low enough that they scrape the top of vehicles. Not sure if the city can trim it or if it’s the homeowner’s responsibility. I also advise that the city encourage the owner to remove the tree entirely since it is an invasive white mulberry.
