This Jeff Jones rental property has bagged trash piled along the garage door by the full trash cans. There is also trash in the front yard (cans, soda bottles) and strewn around the front walkway and drive way. There is lumber by the front mail box that has been there for weeks. There are several potholes on East Azalea Lane that are getting much bigger by the day, including a large one in front of the driveway of the provided address.
Azalea sidewalk along Winslow Woods never got cleared and Parks and Rec refuses to do so causing South students and residents to walk on the narrow road.
City did not clear the Azalea sidewalk along Winslow Woods so high school kids have to walk along the street in the dark to get to South.
Trash in the verge (old chair and tub) also one trash can in yard turned over with trash spilling out into yard. Another trash can has been sitting with gross smelling garbage in it on the side of the house. I imaging some varment will soon dump this one . The house is a Jeff Jones home without any residents.
