Deteriorating pavement on the street in front of our drive and mailbox. This offset deterioration is not only an issue when entering or exiting the drive but also a safety issue as we use the mailbox......we are in our late 80's - early 90's and this offset is difficult to manage. We hoped the crew would have addressed this deterioration in there paving and patch work a few weeks ago, but they overlooked our issue. Can you please send out a patch crew to address this problem. The condition of the main roads within the city are the worst I’ve ever seen in the years I’ve lived here. Should we have to be still dodging potholes in mid May? I’d like to know what the road improvement schedule is for the city this year please. Can you send me that ? ALSO ….. Can you explain why funds were prioritized to fully pave AND install TONS of speed bumps recently in these areas : E Arden Dr, E Windsor Dr, E Wilton Dr, S Oxford Dr, E Thornton Dr, S Maxwell St, S Highland Ave, S Covey Ln OVER taking care of our heavily traveled roads like High Street and many others? This house is in horrific repair and appears unsafe for the residents. The gutters are chained to a scaffold so they don't fall. The roof has visible holes and rot with the eaves falling off in to the yard.

The crib area in from of my house and 4 other parallel home next to me is badly chipped away and needs repaving. Our properties being the lowest on E Rock Creek always collect and get bad puddling and then ice and then more puddling, so the road has disintegrated including parts of the cement berm. I am aware that next week you will have a paving crew right above us on Queens Way, it would be great if they would then swing by here and do our repair. Thank you, Larry Groupe

This homeowner takes out her trash and recycling carts on Sunday and places them near the sidewalk. Our neighborhood does not get picked up until Thursday mornings. For 4 days, the neighbors have to look at that eye sore and when it's windy, the cans tip over and debris blows around everywhere. This person should take out their cans on Wednesday evenings like everyone else does. Thank you.
