Re case #205719 the full inquiry was not addressed. This is still being advertised as an event venue. This is ongoing in a neighborhood not zoned for this. How is this particular property and individual allowed to do this? Will all residents in any zoning district then be allowed to operate any business they would like despite zoning regulations?
I was billed for 3000 gallons of water in a month that I used less than 100. Both the meter and the next bill I received reflect this. I assumed I would be credited for the overpayment when the meter was checked again, but that did not happen.
Third time that resident has been written up in since 6-12-12

Please REPLACE the street light in the alley behind my house. It doesn't work hade the time and when it does is very week. I live at 622 west 13th and the street light is directly behind us .
