Mr. Flanders called to seek action from the Police Department regarding his alleged assault and battery he received from a woman. He believes several different people are telling lies about him and trying to get him in trouble. He apparently was also told the matter had been turned over to the Prosecutor. Lids are required for dumpsters, but the dumpster located near Mr. Stevens does not have a lid. This causes bees (yellow jackets) to swarm around the dumpster and his family was stung last year. He has contacted the Housing Authority, but they have not put lids on the dumpsters yet.
residnet complained that there are no lids on the dumpsters. He has complained over and over again to the Housing Authority. His entire family of 5 have been stung by bees.
Called two weeks in advance for Section 8 Housing about her spot on the waiting list. She received it and phone in for an appointment. She left two messages, Tues. and Thurs. on Rick's voice mail to make appointment. The following Mon. (called from work all times), spoke with Beth she said she was terminated because she did not set up an appointment and had no records of her messages. She is getting phone records trying to prove she called on calling card. She lost her $50 deposit because
Complainant reports trash everywhere, and "Looks like a dump". Also noted that interior of unit is also trashed.
Property owner - Pat Gray has an old truck made into a trailer to haul junk. Debris such as oil, glass, screws etc. wind up in street. He blocks street with truck and leaves tires scattered around. Complaintant said they're tired of looking at mess and not being able to get thru street.
Three corners on 11th and Monroe have overgrown grass and weeds. Ms. LaGrange says that Dick Wells forces them to continually file complaints with our office in order to have him take care of his properties.
