According to our guys on truck 950 there is a pile of trash and it is growing.
Your yardwaste day is next week
Trash truck #956 said they have trash lined all on the side of the house and around to the front. They said it is bad!
At 3rd & Washington, on the South West corner, a storm drain needs to be cleaned out.
Per 956, they picked up their trash but they were putting out the recycling at 9:01am and recycle truck already went through and Britt told them but they kept pulling out recycle.
CBU employee reported that pavement around storm grate is falling in, he put cone over grate until repair can be made.
CBU engineering was contacted by Dagnija Berzins who resides at 1509 South Huntington on 7.26.13 regarding damage to her hot water heater as the result of a “flash flood” on 7.23.13. Ms. Berzins said water over-topped the storm ditch and entered her house, damaging her hot water heater in the process. Ms. Berzins quoted $800 as the estimated figure to replace the hot water heater. Ms. Berzins claims the piping designed and installed by the City is too small and therefore, the City is at fault. Legal spoke with Ms. Berzins’ son and instructed him to file a tort claim. CBU indicated to Ms. Berzins we would send someone to look at the pipes and ditch in question.
no sticker/courtesy dump
Joe, this is obviously out of the City limits, but could be passed onto INDOT.
