I have received an email from the resident at this address. We have went back and forth with numerous emails now so Shelby asked me to assign this to you. This resident uses another trash hauler and is now moving and is wanting to put out a couch, love seat, recliner and dresser for us to pick up. Per Shelby Walker, we will not pick up. I have stopped answering her emails as they are becoming argumentative. Just wanted to let someone in HAND know what is going on.

3rd week in a row we have written up for being too heavy, can too big and no stickers. They are making no attempts to correct problems.

This location has trash all over the curb. It is loose trash. The sanitation guys says it looks like they took a can of trash and just dumped it. They said it is a mess.

Cameron called and says we missed his recycle, I called 946 they said there were very few stops out on Moody. This guy says we miss every time! We have to call from there every time!

Resident called and complained that we wrote up for not sorting but claims we spilled recycle all over driveway. Cussed at me, told me he will go to someone higher to get it picked up. Claims since we are union and work for city we can do what we want.

On Thursday 03.03.16 our recycle crew threw away his cooler and 5 gallon bucket. Blake was very upset! Shelby replaced the items today. We left at the front door.
