Citizen registered complaint about parking during Bryan Park events-- he says overflow usually goes to Woodlawn, but even then there isn't enough parking and cars begin parking in people's yards on Woodlawn and around the park.
The property on the S/W corner of Woodlawn and 1st Street has over grown bushes that encroach on to the sidewalk on Woodlawn causing pedestrians to walk in the street. The yard is pretty over grown too.

"To whom this may concern I live in Smallwood Plaza and I have noticed a regular issue and accident waiting to happen in regards to the parking garage on Morton St. When cars are parked behind smallwood, they make it difficult to see oncoming cars both drivers and cyclists leaving smallwoods parking garage. At the intersection of Wiley & Woodlawn the concrete around the manhole cover is breaking up and it needs to be repaired.
Citizen (Sue) called to complain about City vehicle (a white Dodge Ram) with license plate no. 3502-- she said it cut her off and was driving very dangerously. She requests a follow-up phone call at (812) 863-2697.
