Complaint of traffic light timing on W. 3rd St. between College Ave. and Rogers St. When busy, the timing of lights only allows very few cars to go at all due to backup caused by the alternating green/red of every other light. Not sure if there's anything that can be done about this issue.

Complaint of buckling sidewalk outside of 1119 E. Benson Ct., right next to a fire hydrant. Kids are using sidewalk as a ramp and there is a safety concern they could possibly ramp off and injure themselves on fire hydrant.
