I encourage someone to take a look at the state of the Morton Street parking garage's elevator. It's unsightly, in total disrepair, and an embarrassment that poorly represents Bloomington to all the out-of-town visitors who stay at the the Hilton and park in the garage.
Dumpster is on 3rd Street. Trash is overflowing and crows are circling the area. Barbee has contacted the manager of Panera and they told her that they are too busy to clean up the area.
Caller stated 7 houses between the 100-200 block of East Southern Drive still have cans at the curb. Caller said they called over a month ago and nothing has been done.

New street light installed at 323 S Davisson is too bright. Shines into her bedroom and cant sleep. Has Blackout curtains and still comes through.
