Not out by 5:00 AM. was an inclement wthr day...2/1. i spoke with her on 2/8 and she stated we missed her on that day; i let her know that she's an A week & this week is a B week. she phoned today, yet again about being missed, stating i told her i'd send someone back out, i didn't say this due it not being her week, she swears i did.
