Per letter, citizen is requesting a 30 minute parking zone on N. Fess between 10th st. and Cottage Grove for use as a loading zone. (see letter in traffic complaint file.)

The drain pipe that runs next to the house is clogged up with debris. The house was finished just recently (has TCO permit no. 36401) with the drain clogged up.
Woodbridge Apts. residents are not using dumpsters, just throwing trash on the street. There is trash, glass, furniture, and seepage. She lives in the house next to Woodbridge and says that the smell is unbearable.

Kids are stacking garbage in their yards, at 125 E. 10th (drive), 613 N. Washington (limestone 2-story house) front, 203 E. 1 0th St (yard on 10th Street)
Behind 1204 S. Washington is trash, couches, carpets. One of the rentals back there has dumped this stuff. Not residents of 1204.
See hard copy. Tenants at 822 E. Hunter are illegally dumping into container on adjacent property at 510 S. Woodlawn. We have witnesses who saw this. It cost me $20 labor for staff members to .......see file.
