Trash not picked up; trash cans left on sidewalk; lots of junk and litter around the yard.
The complaintant feels that the alley added to the NW corner of the parking lot at High Point Park Apts. is unsafe and that we should take a look at it.
Says that he has a severe stormwater and erosion problem in his backyard due to a drainage swale being filled in and overgrown. Says that he has spoken with John Freeman since June regarding the problem and that nothing has been done.
Entered in wrong address. Inspector MUST VERIFY ADDRESS AND RETURN TO NANCY.Lorraine Cooksey told complaint she should call here regarding a parking problem of one of her neighbors. They has 15-20 cars parked on lawn at all times. Address is not 4325, but she was unsure of correct street address.
The soil retention barriers at the project at Fifth & Rogers are down.
Green house on West side of street (623, no number on it), had been painting and now carrying in long 2x4's into house.
There is a tree line along the north edge of the property that supposed to be preserved. Mr. Fritz reported that the snow fencing is down and that there is trash and equipment in the drip line. Mr. Fritz also said that there has been some damage to particular tree limbs due to construction equipment.
Request rumble strips on Woodcrest to alert vehicles to the sharp turn on Woodcrest by his house. (see letter in complaint file).
Trash and garbage cans and bags sitting out for weeks.
