Harmony School. Concerned that all doors except one are padlocked shut in evening when school rented out to various groups for meetings etc Groups sometimes number 75 or more. Concerned people would be trapped inside in the event of a fire.
People at 924 never bring trash cans in. On-going problem, reported before, still not taken care of .
Mr Fritz claims that there is a suspicious house on North Walnut across from Ryan's barber shop. He says that there are problems with trash in the yard/porch but also "suspicious looking young people" keep going in and out while he's sitting in the barber chair.
Kitchen sink appears to be draining out on to ground west side of house.
Grass too high
Weeds & grass need cut.
10 - 15 junk cars in yard. Eyesore. She would like the mess cleaned up.
Trash & vehicles. "Quite a mess."
NE corner of 4th & Union. There's a pull-off behind house & a fence that someone has driven over fence into yard & caused a big mess. Needs to fix yard & mend fence.
JAN GOLIGHTLY'S MOTHER OWNS THE PROPERTIES AT 201 & 203 BURKS COURT. SHE HAS FLOODING IN HER CRAWLSPACE (OVER 20" OF WATER). SHE WOULD LIKE TO GET SOME HELP FROM THE CITY IF POSSIBLE. SEE ATTACHED MEMO FROM DENISE, PERMIT CLERK.
