Resident called in 4-24-12 stating that his recycling was not picked up that morning. I sent members of that recycle crew out to pick up that miss out and they stated that there were several trash cans and bins full of recycling (too much to pick up in the ford pickup truck they took out) and that these items had not been out when they were on their route. I advised that they leave the items there. I attempted to call resident to explain issue but the number I wrote down was incorrect.
