complaint made about trash dumpster. the dumpster is being emptied but the furniture and other items are not being picked up. Pendragon has been notifed and the items have been there for over a month.

There was a permanent sign noted by Planning staff on the rear of the multi-tenant buidling advertizing Monroe Primary Care. That sign is located on a tenant space not utilized by Monroe Primary Care and must be removed or relocated.

Yard Waste was not picked up. He says it looks like the entire street may have been missed. crew was thru area earlier than usual. late set outs.
