I understand that much of the street and yard work done is not by City staff members, but there should be some sort of oversight to ensure resident rights when street/easement/public utility efforts are underway. Our yard at 4021 E. Morningside is routinely deconstructed with no notice given and often damages left behind. Today our driveway was blocked off (still is) by a Green Ram truck with a Vermeer tanker, with a hole dug in the middle of our driveway exit. Our family works and has to enter and exit the drive throughout the day. One of the most important events of the past 7 years is happening tonight that we need to get to. We are making backup plans on an alternative way to go there, but to receive zero communication when we are to have no vehicular use for the day is something that needs to change. If the City has any jurisdiction over the permits given to these companies, they need to start requiring true resident notice and respect for property. Can you hillbilly's stop your bullshit and fix the traffic lights on Patterson catalent you fucking people some how think it's funny that the light changes every 20 seconds, maybe if u got out and inspected the light or just got your fat ass out of your office it would be fixed.

From about 3PM - 6 PM this intersection gets backed up sometimes all the way to Aldi. There's too much left turn traffic for just one lane. There really should be either 2 left turn lanes to help prevent traffic from blocking the entrances to multiple businesses or the light should have a left turn arrow so each car no longer has to half yield to make sure the oncoming traffic isn't going straight before they can turn. It's a hazard as well as a huge inconvenience for all drivers. I'm surprised the businesses on this section of the road don't complain daily about their parking lots being practically inaccessible.

There is a large piece of metal at the intersection of 2nd and Rogers (presumably covering up a pothole or other road issue). However, it is in the line of traffic and creates an extremely loud noise every time a vehicle drives over it making it difficult for anyone living in the general vicinity to sleep. Perhaps a different methodology could be used until the necessary road repairs are completed?

I think the streets along the perimeter of this apartment complex are too narrow in violation of the laws. There’s not sufficient room for two lanes and dangerous.
