Street & Traffic Signs:

Other: The stop light at High Street and 2nd street is very long. At 5:50 in the morning, with very, very little traffic, it is a waste of time and gasoline. Can it be changed to flashing yellow until 7:00 a.m., please?

Thank you for submitting this ureport. For multiple reasons, primarily related to safety, the City does not use flashing traffic signals overnight. The City is however undergoing a traffic signal retiming project. Modifications will be made to the overnight timing plans if feasible.
