Cara parked on both sides of the street, where construction work is about to begin, this is a hazard for both pedestrian and vehicles going down through this street. Larger trucks will not be able to move through
I am the maintenance manager for the The Quarters here at 1521 Isaac Dr. When you are on the property, specifically on Westplex Ave, starting at west 3rd street and spanning all the way to W Milieu Dr, there is an abandoned construction project in the easement that has open holes in the earth that are dangerous to the public and is at this point damage to the grounds and has been an eyesore to the property for months. My concern is primarily safety, as anybody that inadvertently steps into these openings will no doubt suffer injury, but also the ongoing, unfinished work that some contractor was permitted to start and as of yet not returned to complete.
Traffic was backing up on Countryside lane due to Summit Elementary School. MCCSC staff, without a stop sign or proper PPE, stepped into the road and told me I needed to wait in line or turn around. I explained that I wasn’t here to wait in the parent line; I was just traveling toward Adam's Street. She then stood in front of my car and forced me to turn around. This doesn't seem legal and should be addressed.

It is unclear who has the right of way between southeast bound and northwest bound at the intersection of Fountain and 11th. Southeast bound cars either turn left or continue straight, but there is no yield for either option. A northwest bound car could collide with a southeast bound car turning left onto 11th and there is no signage preventing this.
There is a hole in the street left from utility work. It had been filled but has sunk. There is now a deep hole, about 8inches deep. There is no sidewalk on this part of Palmer. Someone could step in that hole, especially at night, and break a bone. It is on Palmer just south of Grimes, east side of the street.
Hello , During the month of December 2024, there was utility work done on my property while I was away for the winter break. When I returned, there was 1.5 feet of snow; however, since it has melted, I have seen the damage that was done to my front yard - see the attached photos. There are two holes in my lawn (photo on right) and the crew stained my limestone walkway (photo on left). Can you please send the utility company to repair these damages as soon as possible? There's a huge hole left by the internet-cable installing company at the curb in front of my house, 1207 E Skylark Ct. This problem has been reported twice, tickets 192627 and 193023. Both tickets were closed but the problem remains. The contractor made a wan attempt to fill the hole, tossing some loose gravel into it, after I filed the first ticket. The attempt was useless and I filed the second ticket. It was closed without comment and, as far as I can tell, without investigation. The hole is now far deeper and wider. I realize it's likely false hope that you'll do anything more than close this ticket, forgive me, but after a winter of watching the hole grow, I'm asking again for a repair. Thank you.
