The bike path between Rogers and Victor Pike on church lane has A-line of sight problem for the people coming from Victor Pike. The tree in the picture blocks the vision of the people waiting to cross the street with all the traffic due to construction I see this is a potential problem.

We cannot see to the north to pull safely out of our driveway. This company (Reed and Sons) has also left garbage up and down the street, making walking more hazardous.

I have called 2 times to get these 2 separate line of sight safety issues taken care of. Please see attached photos of the intersections of Allen Street and Bloomfield Rd. This intersection has bushes/small trees/over growth ect... and need trimmed way back so this problem doesn't come right back in 30 days. Thank you in advance for taking care of this safety issue.

The weeds/bushes are growing out onto Sanders Main Street at the corner of Lena and Main. You can not see the traffic coming from the west on Lena St. Plus you have to stop in the middle of the road because of the weeds/bushes. I almost hit the mail carrier because I could not see him until he in the intersection. Lena St has the right of way.

Planet Fitness has a large temporary sign located right along the road (College Mall). I would think this would be a sign regulation violation. Thanks!

Is there a city code for how far next to a property one can have an open compost pile?

I sent this to the info email address as well, but I noticed an open electric box at the Rock Creek Dr. and Childs Ct. intersection in Sycamore Knolls this morning. This is a heavily trafficked route for children headed to school and seems like a safety issue.

The house located at 2231 N. Martha Street is zoned residential single-family (RS), in the Matlock Heights historic district, but it is being used as a fraternity house (Aloha Kappa Lambda), with attendant problems (noise violations, traffic, trash, etc.). This would seem to be a violation of the city’s zoning ordinance.
