There is an abandoned e-bike (blue in color) that is located on the grass/sidewalk across the South Highland/Willie Streeter Community Gardens. This e-bike has been there for over a month. Who is responsible for moving these to a proper location? What a mess.

My understanding is that even Oaklawn Park is an owner-occupied community - if there are a certain percentage of rentals then municipal state or federal mandates about blocked sidewalks must be followed. This Man just got dropped off by a Man who almost hit me going about 25 mph by mailboxes. No clue if this is his scooter. He needs to be respectful or use city bus which has a stop here . 3410 Oaklawn circle
