There is a row of storage units immediately to the south of my apartment at Brandon Ct. There is a space between the units and a fence that is supposed to be maintained by Henderson Court. As you can see by the photo (I can provide more), it appears that unhoused people use it as a place to sleep. The area is strewn with trash, and mattress/foundation, and I would suspect that drug activity is or has occurred in the space. Furthermore, several packages have been stolen off of my stoop by occupants of this space. Clearly, this poses a health and safety hazard. I ask that the City investigate the area and assess fines and other sanctions against Granite, the listed property owners or managers. In addition to clean up and possible environmental remediation, I want the area secured in such a fashion that in the future no unhoused people can reoccupy the space. The Department may also need to contact Henderson Court for erection of a fence that denies access for the length of the fence that serves as the property line between Henderson Court and Brandon Court. They have limbs and overgrowth hanging on our property line when my brother was mowing our yard got smacked in the face and got a mark on his face from this we've asked the neighbors to resolve this with refusal

Not sure what's going on with the stairs, but the cinderblocks seem to be a huge hazard when walking and trying to reach the property.

The alley way to access our apartment from henderson street needs a lot of gravel. The ravine is so deep it has scuffed our cars and we are very concerned about popping our tires. Our apartment manager says this is a city issue and refuses to help. The other entry way to our apartment is most of the time blocked by parked cars making this entrance off henderson our only access to our home. This is very dangerous. Please fix this as soon as possible

There is a discarded mattress leaning on a truck parked in front of the property obstructing the view of traffic to those pulling out from the alley. Issue has been called in to the City last week however it is still there.
