Home owner is letting his dogs go to the bathroom on the sidewalk and not picking it up. Dog feces frozen in the snow on the sidewalk. Same issue in the summer, owner not picking up after dogs.

Ticket #208026 is still unresolved after 11 days. Sidewalk remains unshoveled - it is trampled down by all of the pedestrians. Additionally, the large houses just south of the school on the east side of High St have also not shoveled their sidewalks.

We're in the third week of this snow and this business hasn't so much as attempted to clear their sidewalk. It makes it dangerous for pedestrians who are forced into the street in the early mornings or evenings.
Ice needs removed from parking lot, along with snow. Dangerous.
Pedestrian access on the southwest corner of 6th Street and Morton Street has been completely blocked by high mounds of snow for more than two weeks. This indifference toward pedestrians is outrageous. Photo taken 2026 Feb 9 – 4:50 PM
Snow and ice still cover the area between Kroger and the B-Line. Kroger's indifference to pedestrian access thus degrades the usefulness of the B-Line. Please fine them. This photo was taken at 4:40 PM on February 9, 2026 – 15 days after the end of the last snowstorm.
