Follow up to ticket 208589: this is not a city issue. Residents have not put out their garbage bins for collection in weeks, and bags are piled up around the front of the house. This has been a recurrent issue with these residents of the rental house.
Bags of garbage have been piled up in and around collection bins for weeks after storm interrupted service. Wildlife in the area will soon get into these bags. This is a recurrent issue with this rental property.
I am disabled and use a mobility scooter to travel. The sidewalk on the west side of southbound Rogers St has not been cleared of snow so I am unable to navigate. I would attempt the other side of the street but there is a curb that prevents from getting to it with my mobility scooter and being in traffic is dangerous.
We have a water leak in the bedroom ceiling is soft and turning yellow. Multiple c anything elseracks in walls, very dirty under the oven. Air leak under windowsill. North entrance to building doesn’t lock. Homeless people entering. Dust is stuck to fan blades on ceiling fan and air conditioner. Thermostat doesn’t work and can’t control heat.

Home owner is letting his dogs go to the bathroom on the sidewalk and not picking it up. Dog feces frozen in the snow on the sidewalk. Same issue in the summer, owner not picking up after dogs.
Ticket #208026 is still unresolved after 11 days. Sidewalk remains unshoveled - it is trampled down by all of the pedestrians. Additionally, the large houses just south of the school on the east side of High St have also not shoveled their sidewalks.
