Other: We have a water leak in the bedroom ceiling is soft and turning yellow. Multiple c anything elseracks in walls, very dirty under the oven. Air leak under windowsill. North entrance to building doesn’t lock. Homeless people entering. Dust is stuck to fan blades on ceiling fan and air conditioner. Thermostat doesn’t work and can’t control heat.
