My neighbor's tree hangs over the street where I park my car. I do not have a driveway and my only option is to park on the street. This house is empty and has been for a long time. The tree has limbs that are dead and falling and breaking and I'm worried they will fall on my car. I don't know who to contact to make them take care of this. The last time we had that super strong wind I wasn't home luckily but a huge limb fell down into the street from that tree you can see where it broke off from. The limbs that hangs over my car needs to be cut down.

there have been many complaints against Reseve on third and nothing has been done. below I have copied city code, according to city code they are in violation please look into the madder and stop abusing your powers and ignoring them. 16.04.050 - Exterior structure. (a) All portions of the exterior of a residential rental unit and its accessory structures shall be maintained in a structurally sound manner, be in good repair and be maintained in accordance with this title. (b) All portions of the exterior of a residential rental unit and its accessory structures shall be maintained in a manner that does not pose a threat to the public health safety or welfare. (c) Exterior wood surfaces on residential rental units and their accessory structures, other than decay-resistant woods, shall be protected from the elements and decay by painting or other protective covering or treatment. (d) All metal surfaces subject to rust or corrosion on a residential rental unit or its accessory structures shall be coated to inhibit such corrosion and all surfaces with rust or corrosion shall be stabilized and coated to inhibit future rust and corrosion. (e) Peeling, flaking and chipped paint on the exterior of a residential rental unit or its accessory structures shall be eliminated and done in accordance with any applicable rules or regulations established by the United States Environmental Protection Agency or the state department of environmental management. (f) Exterior surfaces on residential rental units and their accessory structures shall be maintained free of mold. (g) If a residential rental unit is damaged, mutilated or defaced by marking, carving or graffiti, the owner of said unit shall restore the surface to an approved state of maintenance and repair. Stephen was asking about the city's response to Malibou house as he is a resident of the street on which one of their houses is located and expressed that he is already dealing with the effects of slummy properties, and this is making it much more difficult to deal with. He complained about noise, traffic, and the overall parking nightmare that has become of his culdesac.

I live next door to this house at 328 S. Fairview Street, which is a rental. My neighbor's tree again has broken branches resting on my cable/internet line and will possibly take out the line during this or future storms - this has happened in the past. These trees need to be maintained as they are also close to power lines that go into my house. The trees are inside neighbor's fence in the alley between my house and 328 S Fairview. Thank you.

This property continues to add to the trash and debris in their yard. It coninutally blows onto my property and around to other neighbor's property, too. 156 days has passed since this was last reported. WHY has it taken so long?! There are several grocery carts, a large screen tv and a new addition this week is a refrigerator. The refrigerator could have been picked up by the city, but no. They probably never requested that to be picked up. It is SO FRUSTRATING to have this yard a complete mess and is embarrassing to have friends over. It is PAST TIME to do something about this!
