My water bill is charging us for over 33k gallons of water used last month which did not happen. We had maintenance check for leaks and they saw nothing so we believe there is an issue with the meter
I received a bill for the month of September, but I have not lived in this apartment since August
I currently have aqua pay but I’m not sure how to stop it. I haven’t lived at this address I’m in over a month. Please help.
A leaking water valve related to lawn irrigation system was discovered during inspection of the system. Apparently was leaking for several summer months. It had a slow leak when system was idling but had a significant leak when irrigation was occurring. I am requesting a bill adjustment for at least September and October water and sewer service, though the problem likely started in July. We have a very large past-due balance on our bill that doesn't make sense to me. We have paid the bill on time every single time since we moved in august 2023. In November there was a leak and we got a statement credit to cover that cost which reduced the bill to zero for that month. but Since then, there has been a large past due balance that I don't really understand. Whatever information you can provide me would be great thank you
