Several potholes along this road..middle of the road and a few on the sides.

Pothole forming in intersection of 12th/Washington, closest to SW corner. Not all that deep right now, but wide enough to catch tires and in a place where cars heading east on 12th turn onto Washington. South side of this particular intersection appears to have had work done in the past, so it could be a recurring issue.

Utility cut has sinking causing a dip I can’t believe that with all the City vehicles that are in the area that this has to be reported. Maybe the City should have a system for employees to report issues do the public doesn’t have to. This way it can be taken care of sooner.

Heading north from the intersection of 6th and Madison, the first turn in on the right where the asphalt meets the concrete is pitted and uneven. The issue was remedied previously and it was greatly appreciated. However, it has worn down over time again and is causing issues as we need a smooth surface to roll over. Any help filling this in and making the asphalt level with the concrete would be greatly appreciated. Please see my contact info for more details if the picture and description are insufficient. Good Afternoon, There is a deep sinkhole on College Avenue in front of 1204 College Avenue. Since it is near the curb and in a parking spot, it is dangerous. Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.

A new resident moved into the neighborhood recently who is in a wheelchair (permanently). He appreciates the ADA-compliant corners at the intersections, but he has difficulty navigating some of the sidewalks where they cross alleys. This particular location is *notoriously* degraded and should be the first alley-repair done next time the City is thinking about ADA issues. Specifically, it is midway between Lincoln and Grant on the south side of 10th. Thank you.
