Other: Utility cut has sinking causing a dip I can’t believe that with all the City vehicles that are in the area that this has to be reported. Maybe the City should have a system for employees to report issues do the public doesn’t have to. This way it can be taken care of sooner.
Most tickets of this type should be closed within 7 days, although some cases may be longer. 11 days have already passed.
