Could you all come the 1300 block of South Palmer and fill up three holes? Two are right together and exactly where a big truck on side of the street and a "used car dealership" on the other side of the street make it pretty much impossible to drive between the parked vehicles and avoid the potholes They're pretty bad. Then there's a single one just north about a half block. Thank you!

This was reported previously as #202115 but was closed stating it was on a private road. It is on Rogers Rd. The map clearly shows that.

This pothole was previously reported as #202114 but was incorrectly closed as being a private drive. As is clearly shown on the map, it is on Rogers Rd. I just paid $300 for nee tires due to impact bubbles from all the potholes, mostly on Rogers and Winslow. Could we get a proactive maintenance program on those roads?

Hello, 7 or 8 months ago I asked Xfinity/Comcast to correct a hanging cable of theirs after a storm knock a big tree limb into a telephone pole that took power and other cables out. Everything was repaired by Metronet & the Power Company but Xfinity/Comcast never came. It left a long cable that just hangs on our property is very annoying (and dangerous) when we are working, mowing, playing with grandson, etc. Xfinity/Comcast was contacted (claim #ECM0010285921) to come out and correct it, but they never did. It took a while to talk to a real person and even then it took so much explaining ever & over again through several transfers. You ever try to talk or chat with Xfinity/Comcast when you don't have an account with them? (I do not have an account with them) They ask over & over again for an account number! Very frustrating. After 45 minutes I was able to state my case about the hanging cable, they said they would send someone out but would have to have the "ok" from the City of Bloomington. I don't know what has happen since that day, but nothing has been done about it. I was hoping by emailing you we could get something done about it or help me on how to do so. Going through the light at Adam’s and 2nd street heading east/west bound, the light only stays green long enough for 4 cars to get through and is backing up traffic.

I have been removing broken asphalt pavement from Sussex and Queensway drives from Highstreet to Montclair for several years now. The debris that I collected since last fall to the present I have placed at the base of my driveway's east side is now ready to be picked up by a city crew for disposal or reuse. Don Eggert

sidewalk very grungy because garage bags dragged across walk to alley dumpster. Business needs to scrub clean. also large uneven crack in sidewalk...dangerous tripping.

Hello, sand and small stones have been left on the sidewalk since winter have not been cleared. There is a slip and fall hazard for pedestrians there. Please fix it as many people use this sidewalk. It is immediately in front of a Monroe County government building. Thank you.
