Lights at N Kinser Pike/W Indiana 45 Bypass and those at Walnut/College and W Indiana 45 Bypass get out of sync every time there is a IU basketball or football game. These lights usually line up green and red but currently when Kinser is green, walnut/college is red causing a bottleneck from the west (W Indiana 45) and north (N Kinser Pike). When these lights are synced up, the traffic in this area moves through much smoother.

Between 5am and 530am weekdays I travel west on SR46 and every morning the east/west traffic light on 46 is red, and the south/north N. Kinser light is green and there is no traffic (or rarely traffic) headed north or south, and the SR46 east/west traffic is forced to sit and wait for no good reason. If there are sensors for traffic at this intersection would it be possible, during early morning hours, to allow east/west traffic to proceed unimpeded when there is no traffic driving south/north on N Kinser? I estimate there is a segment of pavement approximately four-five feet long that continues to crumble, break apart and grow over the past year. It is in an area where postal workers and delivery vehicles stop adjacent to the house.

The street light auto shut off is broke. This streetlight never goes off. It's at the Northwest Corner of Arden and Wilton.

Someone took down the deer crossing sign that was just north of Arden Drive, on High St. The sign was lying on the side of Arden Drive for the entire day of Feb 12, and possibly a day or two before. On the evening of Feb 12, I moved the sign to my garage so that no one would try to keep it. It is currently at 2001 E Arden Dr. I can place it outside for easier pick-up.
