The City should check out the traffic issues happening on S. Woodlawn Ave from Maxwell to 1st. People are now parking on both sides of the street, often directly across from other cars, reducing this area to a single lane for two way traffic. This particular stretch of Woodlawn is relatively busy. People are parking so close to 1st on both sides of Woodlawn that sometimes you cannot even turn to go south on Woodlawn from 1st without needing to wait for a car at the stop sign on Woodlawn headed north to clear out (and hope the cars coming up behind it realize they need to stay back and let people through). I know legally right now the road allows parking on both sides. This could be evaluated and consider removing parking from one side of the street as people are not very smart about where they park and it is creating a hazardous reduction in traffic flow that is difficult for vehicles and bicycles to navigate.
Stop light at 6th St and N Walnut is out.

I was heading east on Allen to the light at Patterson. There is a no turn on red sign there but it is impossible to see at night. During the day it is difficult to see because of the position it is in. I assume that sign is there for a reason. This needs to be addressed right away. With all the focus on safety I am surprised this quick fix item has not been addressed. Please contact me for more information.
Road plate over street cut is ajar.
The stoplight is not working correctly and needs looked at.
The stoplight is not working as it should. It won't turn green for certain directions (northbound on Walnut Pike in this instance), or turns green for a very short period, letting two or three cars through. Cars were quickly jutting into the turning lane as an alternate to sitting through a third or fourth light on the way to work in the morning today.
Someone called and left a message that the traffic signal at Indiana and Atwater was cycling incorrectly. It is not in sync with the pedestrian lights. It is telling pedestrians to walk on green lights.
Traffic light heading north on Walnut Pike at Rhorer intersection is not turning green in the mornings between 7:30 and 8:00 am. Today is the second day in a row that I have been stuck at the intersection
