Pot holes and sidewalks on Cottage Grove.
There is construction with disruptive noise and flashing lights right outside apartments buildings at 12:45 AM.
Tree branches are across “Stop Here on Red” sign so cars go on to light & get “stuck” til cars accumulate behind & trigger the light change.
See #205741. Same sign attached to a utility pole: Handyman
We have a safety issue at Zikes Rd., south. At the top of Zikes Road we have many families with young children who play out in the yards and ride their bikes. We have a speeding problem Zikes Road. This needs addressed. People come up the road going north at high rates of speed. I would hate to see a child get hurt or killed. This is an ongoing problem. We need speed bumps here on Zikes Road.
Traffic light at E 3rd Street and Kingston Drive is not working properly causing significant back-ups for Chick-fil-A and Target traffic. The left turn arrow for S. Kingston onto westbound E. 3rd Street only cycles long enough for three cars to make the turn. There were a dozen cars in line this morning to make the turn. Everyone then has to wait another two minutes (too long) for the light to cycle again.
Pretty good size pothole in the eastbound lane of E Burks. It's located at the exit of the old Wonderbread factory and I snapped a pic.
As you approach the stoplight at 3rd Street and Indiana - heading west - there are 2 manhole covers in the right lane before you get to the light. If you hit it, it feels like you've hit a big pothole as the asphalt around the cover is significantly lower creating a pretty big drop off. Every morning, I myself and everyone in front of me is doing their best to avoid it - either by swerving into the bike line or the left lane.
Multiple potholes at W 6th & Oak - at least three on the NE corner and 1 or more on the NW corner
Pavement has alligatored and top layer of asphalt has disappeared. Pothole developing just north of 2011 mailbox. Put this one on the to do list before winter.
