Other: As you approach the stoplight at 3rd Street and Indiana - heading west - there are 2 manhole covers in the right lane before you get to the light. If you hit it, it feels like you've hit a big pothole as the asphalt around the cover is significantly lower creating a pretty big drop off. Every morning, I myself and everyone in front of me is doing their best to avoid it - either by swerving into the bike line or the left lane.
Most tickets of this type should be closed within 7 days, although some cases may be longer. 6 days have already passed.
