Resident complaint of accessibility and clearly marked closures in the 6th/7th Street repaving project. Quick observation looks like they have traffic control devices encroaching the crosswalk along Rogers and no closures posted at alleys causing confusion.
Resident called in to report that one of the "One Way" signs at the intersection of E 3rd Street & S Indiana Avenue is falling off the traffic light post.

The street sign at N. Russell Road and 45 was hit and is on the ground. This is near the utility pole in front of 3838 N. Russell Road.
In Meadowood Subdivision, there is a street light at approximately 1011 E. Sassafras Circle that is blinking off for 10 minutes before flickering in and out. This street light is at the end of the pond. Homeowner states that it is the only white bulb light, all the rest are an amber light. Reporting this was Shannon Storm 812-325-1581. Homeowner Karin Chestnut states that we cut a tree down that was in the tree plot at her location 2 1/2 years ago. The wood was never picked up. She states that she has attempted multiple times to have this removed. It is now blocking access for the Xfinity company to bury her cable line. She would like someone from the city to come and remove the wood.
The intersection of Grant and Kirkwood, bricks missing on the SW corner near the road.
On the SE side of Grant and Kirkwood, one of the plastic around one of those green pipes is cracked and the dried looking gorilla glue inside is showing. I think we even fixed this same one last fall.
