We were charged over $300 under sanitation for "Large Item Pick up", however, were not responsible for any items that were allegedly picked up. I have tried to get in contact with the sanitation department for the past month with no avail. I would like to get this issue resolved so I am not responsible for the charges or the late fees that could potentially accrue. Recycling from our home and surrounding properties were not collected on mon. I do not believe the issue is improperly sorted recyclables from multiple properties.
Hi, my recycling (and my neighbor's) was not picked up yesterday. There is no waste in the bin. There was nothing in the bin that's not on the list. There are flattened boxes but they are not pizza boxes. What does "not properly sorted"? I truly believe the contents do not weigh more than 40 lobs. The can lid closes, so the can is not overly filled. Please help, thank you.
