Other: Hi, my recycling (and my neighbor's) was not picked up yesterday. There is no waste in the bin. There was nothing in the bin that's not on the list. There are flattened boxes but they are not pizza boxes. What does "not properly sorted"? I truly believe the contents do not weigh more than 40 lobs. The can lid closes, so the can is not overly filled. Please help, thank you.
