Caller to HAND complaining about LED exterior lights on 2 Apt buildings located at the NE corner of the 800 block of N Madison with a 13th St address. She said that they are too bright and shine directly onto her property and should be directed down onto their property.
There are a lot of residents that have pets, and it is difficult sometimes to see to clean up after them. Also, as a single woman, it is pretty creepy in that area because it is so dark. Thank you for your consideration.
Hello, On Friday, April 19, 2025, the town was trimming the trees in the back area (of my yard) to clear the electrical wires. During the work, the decorative angel in my rear yard was damaged - see attached photo. I discovered this damage on Sunday afternoon, when mowing my lawn. The city installed two very tall, bright LED lamplights as part of a project at the intersection of Winding Brook and Rogers Road, and The Stands and Rogers Road. These two large lights greatly increased the illumination directly into my primary bedroom windows on the south and east sides of my home and have created an ongoing nuisance that is visible from my condo 365 nights per year. This is unacceptable. Please assess these lights and correct this issue with more directional lighting (away from my residence, and, if possible, please use something other than LED. Thank you!

My wife was accosted by a homeless person calling her a slut and a whore. He also kicked rocks at her.
Issue is that there was a road rage driver following my 16yr old aggressively through our neighborhood this afternoon. This driver was verbally threatening my daughter for a mistake in her driving moments before. Would like the opportunity to speak to this driver in a calm and adult manner to try and resolve her issues with my daughter. There is no reason for the anger and aggression she displayed that caused my daughter to be afraid and threatened this afternoon.
