This property is now bank owned by the VA and I am the agent that will be having the property cleaned up and sold. There are 2 cars in the driveway that have been abandoned over a year according to the neighbor. We will need to get these removed. The house is vacant and has had the locks changed.

Vehicle has been parked in a dead end for almost two days, drivers are unable to see the vehicle parked as it has no hazards on. It is becoming a hazard as people are speeding through the parking lot and almost crash because the entrance/exit is now narrow.

For the past two weeks some group of people in the area will set off fireworks around 2-3 am and its caused a disturbance. They’re super loud bangs and it jolts you up and hurts your ears. Multiple people have animals in the area as well.
