I first saw this car back in November. It still has a temporary license plate. This is the second super car driver I've seen doing this in Bloomington. Apparently they don't believe they have to pay vehicle taxes.

A black Nissan Maxima, license #272LIS, has been parked in the same spot for at least a month without being moved. This vehicle was reported two months ago for the same thing. Our street is bearly wide enough for two cars. Address is 1641 E Maplecrest Drive, 47408.

I LITERALLY just chased these punk ass mother fucking kids from my front door. I fell asleep in my front room. I woke up to voices and shadows on the porch. I had an open door, but my screen was shut. Lights were on inside, but the porch light was not. There were three, early 20s, white males. They ran up the street when I came out yelling.

Man in white house next door to 516 (driving a silver Cube) backed in to a car parked on the street that belongs to a girl living across the street. He proceeded to back in to it twice within a minute while trying to get in parking spot.

An officer Barnes, who I saw at the 4th Street festival told me that she would have coffee with me after I told her that I thought policewomen and men were very special people who are unappreciated and underpaid and we all should cherish them.
she instructed me to email the police department. I hope she gets this message.

At least three residents south of campus (elm heights) have described a "scruffy male" (2 noted him on a bike) taking mail and/or UPS packages from their porch. Perhaps some afternoon patrolling would help. One evening attempted break-in also recently described. Thank you.

Hello,
I live near the Building Trades Park. For at least the past six weeks, the shelter nearest the playground has been consistently occupied by the same three to six individuals. They are most likely homeless.
About three weeks ago, they became violent with our neighbors, and the police were called twice. Two individuals in the group displayed a knife and a metal pole. Arguments seem to keep breaking out.
These individuals also frequently have one to two dogs with them, which are not leashed.
If other residents wished to use this shelter, they cannot. This group is there from at least 7am (when I leave my house in the mornings) until the park closes around 11pm.
I don't feel safe knowing that this group has claim "turf" as if the shelter is their home. I've voiced my concerns with a Park Department Employee who told me that the group is entitled to stay there. This is a public park, not their home. I have lived on Howe Street for the past two years, and this has never been a problem. However, I do not feel safe anymore. Please address this issue.
Thank you for your time.

In space between 124 E. Kirkwood and 110 S. Washington. Can be accessed from Washington St. on north side of 110 S. Washington St. property. There is a gate that is unlocked allowing unrestricted access. During a site visit, I discovered a strong smell of urine in this area. Contractors working on site stated people are sleeping and urinating in the area. Please have owner, Paul Pruitt, place lock on gate.
