Area behind church had trees removed. Are these being put back? Is clearing a whole lot allowed? Unsure how this continues to go on.

World food market has signage in row again. Always in tree area as well. Hurts street trees as well.
There is a back-hoe parked in the back-yard, animal cages and multiple vehicles on the property. He is running two separate business from the house and the whole place looks like Pigeon Hill. All of our neighbors are very upset about how the property is full of junk and don't how he can do this in a neighborhood.
A boat, a trailer filled with appliances, lawn equipment, etc., has been parked across the yard all weekend. They've had this issue numerous times before with vehicles and made an improvement to the driveway size, but vehicles are still parked on the lawn.

Light trespass and glare. See photo, 3 meters from the property line. The nuisance light on the south side is so bright it is this visible in bright daylight on a sunny day, over a meter in from the property line. At night it exceeds the criteria for light trespass in the municipal code: ii. Light Trespass. All lighting fixtures shall be installed so that light trespass from any property line, except a property line abutting a public street, shall not exceed two footcandles at a point one meter beyond the property line. Also violated: shall be fully shielded so that the lighting element is not visible to an observer at any property line, except as stated otherwise in this Section 20.04.090 (Outdoor Lighting). ii. Unless otherwise specified, all lighting fixtures shall be full cutoff type as installed.

The line of sight leaving Switchyard Park by the police substation to exit onto Patterson is in need of some help. First, when you look to your right (east) there is an overgrowth of brush and bushes that obstruct the view. Then, when you look to your left (west) the Switchyard Park sign is in the way! This park is horrendous for traffic flow. There is not a single entrance/exit to the park that has a well planned or safe means of entering and exiting. All three of the main parking areas exit onto a busy street with no traffic signals or signs to aid in the entry or exit. Traffic backs up on Rogers, for instance, at times when one car is waiting to make a left turn into the park on southbound Rogers. This is going to only be worse when there is a concert or an event going on. What a bad design!
